The barrels are made of selected oak of dense fibers here called "french oak" and this variety is exported to France, to barrel manufacturers.

After splitting the oak wood on fibre length and sorting, the staves are in open weather for several months for natural drying (up to 30% moisture). Then, the staves are kilned/steamed dried to 13-15% moisture.

Drying system: 3-4 months dried in the open air and then in steam drier or natral drying of more than 24 months.
Toast type: burnt, medium burnt, not burnt, according to the customer' request;

The barrels are manufactured in the forest where the production of barrels is a traditions.

The barrels are accompanied by Certificate of Origin, Phito-sanitary Certificate and Quality Certificate.
